What we did

How we helped our client launch their new product line on social media

Challenge:

The client needed to increase their presence with differentiating content and showcase a new product line of brimless hats with satin lining. Their target market focused on black men of all ages with various hairstyles and haircare needs.

Approach:

First, a competitive brand analysis was completed to identify and review content of key players in the market to ensure differentiation. Then, a customer sentiment analysis was conducted by reviewing the client's customer reviews to identify key product features, use cases, and purchasing needs. Finally, the results were synthesized, a mood board was crafted, and the creative direction was finalized.

Outcome:

A team was organized, directed and shot Creative Concepts featuring a combination of lifestyle content to demo the product to customers on social media. Services included Creative Direction, Videography, and Photography to capture 20 photos and 10 tik-tok sale videos for social media advertisement. The client saw a reduction in creative fatigue, attempting to keep up with their high-performing competitors with similar product lines and target markets.

Lesson learned:

Hosting a model call for the client in advance is valuable to help models and influencers build brand recognition and become familiar with the value of the products.
